Is it expensive to rent space in the building?

No! It's extremely affordable. Spaces start at $500/mth all inclusive.
What is included in the monthly rent?

Absolutely everything is included! All utilities, internet, front desk staff, cleaning staff, use of common spaces including kitchenettes, boardroom, meeting room, lounge area and washroom facilities.
Would I have access to the building after hours?

Most definitely. Tenants have 24/7 secure access to the building and their office(s).
What size spaces are available?

We have offices starting at approx 10 x 10 feet and up. A tenant can rent 1 space or some tenants rent multiple offices. All depending on availability. If a vacancy becomes available, current tenants will have first right of refusal for the extra space.
